Description:electronic Leave (e-Leave). e-Leave was a Time & Leave Management System. The objective of the Time & Leave System was to provide an interface to Employees, Human and Legal division of GECIS to track and automate its Employee Time & Leave Tracking. The proposed system also provided comprehensive reports to track the log in and log out times (With Date) status at employee level and also tracked employee leave trends. The application provided mail notifications for leave requests, status changes of leave and short/extra hours worked.

Description:electronic Exit (e-Exit). e-Exit was a Resignation Management System. The objective of this System is to provide an interface to Employees, Human Attrition Management, Payroll and Legal division of GECIS to track and automate its Employee resignation status. The proposed system also provides comprehensive reports to track the resignation status, No dues at different levels and SPoCs. The Application provides Mail notifications for No dues to different supervisors, Payroll teams members, Attrition Management members, etc.

Description:electronic Travel & Living (eT&L). eT&L was a Travel & Living Reimbursements Support System, for the finance CoE to be used by Human Resource Management for processing and viewing the data in different formats, perform analysis and take decisions based on the same. It supported users to upload the employee reimbursement details from different locations in different cities taken up from a different application Captura, for processing and allowed generating reports, cheques, bank letters, etc. for payments to employees and vendors.
